Payment Methods
Preferred methods are Cash or Cheque.
Payment will be collected every visit and a physiotherapy receipt will be given with all the information required by your extended health insurance company for reimbursement purposes.
Cancellation Policy
In order to provide impartial and efficient service for all of our clients, it is important that you accept only those appointments that you will be able to keep. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance. If this is not possible, please note the following: Cancellations or appointment changes due to UNAVOIDABLE circumstances must be done before 9:00 am on the day of the appointment. Cancellations or appointment changes after 9:00 am on the day of appointment are subject to a full charge. Failure to cancel or change an appointment will result in a full charge. Please be aware that insurance companies WILL NOT pay for missed treatments.
After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.
Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
